Kelly A. Neavel joined The Giardinelli Law Group, APC’s Litigation Department in 2007 as an associate attorney. Practicing primarily out of our Orange County office in Anaheim, Kelly specializes in real estate litigation. She has also been involved in the mortgage default industry for 12 years.  Her cases involve mortgage fraud, wrongful foreclosures, prescriptive easements, Bureau of Real Estate Accusations, contract disputes, real property disputes, broker liability and defense, and mechanics liens. Kelly aggressively pursues and defends each case, ensuring her clients obtain the most favorable results in the most cost-effective manner.

In addition to initiating and defending lawsuits, Kelly also represents TGLG clients at mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations. In her career at TGLG, she has prepared several cases for trial and sat as the second-chair attorney at trial. Kelly is known by her colleagues for her hard-nosed approach to litigation and her ability to get results.

Kelly is also a contributing author for TGLG’s Courtside Newsletter, writing articles and news flashes on hot topics in real estate, business, and employment law. She consistently keeps her clients up-to-date on new developments in the areas of law that matter most to them.

Kelly obtained her Juris Doctor from Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. Prior to law school, Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the California State University in Long Beach. During this time, Kelly was a law clerk for an Orange County law firm where she continued to work up until her admittance to the Bar in October 2006. During law school, Kelly was an extern for the Honorable Judge John Ryan of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District. As a result of her experiences, Kelly has extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and real estate transactions, as well as how they impact other areas of law.

Outside of her practice, Kelly stays active with her family and within her community. She and her husband, Bill, have three daughters, Aubrie, Ashlyn, and Kendall, and a son, Brayden. They are all avid sports fans and enjoy playing and coaching softball and watching baseball and football. Kelly and Bill are members of the Board of Trustees for Olive Crest, a non-profit organization that provides homes and services for abused and neglected children. They also serve at the Yorba Linda Friends Church.
