Bullies Beware! Civility Code Comes to the Workplace Some Brokers Must Train Employees and Agents

Since 2004, California employers having 50 or more employees have been required to
provide at least two (2) hours of sexual harassment prevention training to all supervisory
employees within six (6) months of hire or becoming a supervisor and every two (2) years
thereafter.
